The ticket price covers your entry into the Festival, a souvenir wine glass and access to all the amazing entertainment, wine and food options available in our fabulous riverside setting throughout the day.  Any food and wine that you enjoy during the Festival needs to be purchased over and above.

Many vendors have eftpos available and there will be a cash out facility on site for those who require cash only payments.

No pets are allowed on-site during the event.

Yes it is; however, it is a licensed event, so parents and guardians must ensure that all children are fully supervised at all times.

You are welcome to bring your own chairs and picnic blankets in.
Handheld umbrellas are welcome – no need for large shade umbrellas!

We've got you covered with an additional and very spacious marquee going up on-site for extra shelter.

No outside food or beverages are allow in the festival. There will however be 9 amazing restaurants on site offering a great selection of food so you will have plenty to choose from.

You can bring sealed or refillable water bottles onto the site as there will be a fresh water refillable station there.

The festival is held outdoors, so plan your outfit accordingly. Comfortable footwear is highly recommended. Be prepared for all weather conditions—bring a hat for sun protection and a coat in case it gets chilly. While some shelter is available, dressing in a sunsmart way is a good idea. Most importantly, dress to impress and have fun!

• Parking: Mobility pass holders will be directed to the official carpark near the entrance gate.

• Access to the Festival: The festival site is approximately 150m from the carpark, with a flat, mowed grass pathway suitable for scooters or wheelchairs.

• Toilets: Easy-access toilets will be available on-site.

Yes, there will be a range of vegan and vegetarian options for those with dietary requirements. We recommend checking with individual exhibitors on the day for their specific offerings.

Come sun or showers, our fantastic festival featuring wine, food, and entertainment will take place at our naturally sheltered site. We will post regular updates through our social media channels in the leadup to the event so that you can be prepared for the weather and dress accordingly for a great time!

In the unlikely event that conditions on the planned date, November 22nd, are deemed too bad that it poses a safety risk, the event will be postponed to the following day, Sunday, November 23rd.

We will closely monitor the weather in collaboration with our advisors and exhibitors throughout the event week. Weather forecasts can be unpredictable, but if a decision is made to move the event to the postponement date, it will be announced no later than 9am on Saturday, November 22nd. While we aim to provide sufficient notice, our intention is for the event to proceed as planned for everyone to enjoy.

The event will only be cancelled if it is deemed unsafe for the festival site. In such a scenario, full ticket refunds will be offered to attendees. Your safety is our priority, and we want to ensure everyone has a fantastic and secure experience.
